Abbinamenti
Salad Niçoise with tunaThe fresh, vibrant acidity of the rosé cuts through the richness of the tuna and olives, while its fruitiness complements the vegetables and herbs.
Roast chicken with lemon and herbsThe delicate flavors of roast chicken are enhanced by the subtle fruit and floral notes of the rosé, and its crispness balances the richness of the skin.
Bouillabaisse with saffron and fennelThe complexity of the bouillabaisse, with its array of seafood and aromatic broth, is well-matched by the wine's structure and the subtle hints of Provence it carries.
