Abbinamenti
Boeuf braisé aux herbes de ProvenceThe robust tannins and dark fruit notes of the Cabernet Sauvignon stand up to the richness of the braised beef and complement the aromatic herbs.
Carré d'agneau rôti au romarinThe earthy notes and firm structure pair beautifully with the savory character of roasted lamb and the herbaceousness of rosemary.
Vieux Comté affinéThe nutty and slightly sweet profile of aged Comté cheese harmonizes with the wine's complexity and residual tannins.
