Signor Vineyards

Signor Vineyards, nestled in the heart of the Texas High Plains, represents a modern pioneer in the American wine scene. Established with a vision to showcase the unique terroir of this elevated region, the vineyard leverages the challenges and opportunities presented by the semi-arid climate, intense sunlight, and significant diurnal temperature shifts. The Texas High Plains appellation is one of the largest in the state, renowned for its ability to produce high-quality grapes. Signor Vineyards actively participates in exploring and refining viticultural practices suited to this specific environment, aiming to craft wines that express both varietal character and regional identity. Their commitment to innovation and quality has positioned them as a significant contributor to the growing reputation of Texas wines. The Picpoul Blanc from Signor Vineyards is a testament to the potential of this lesser-known grape in an unconventional New World setting. It aims to capture the essence of the sun-drenched plains, offering a refreshing and crisp profile that stands out in the market.
