VinoCellar helps you inventory your cellar, place bottles on a bin grid, scan labels to enrich records with AI, and get serving tips and food pairings from your real stock.
Where do I open the app?
From the marketing site, use the button to open the web app (or install the mobile app when available on the stores). Once signed in, the main area includes a bottom action bar and a side menu.
- Home — dashboard for your cellar.
- List — search, filters, and sort on inventory.
- Cellar (grid) — physical bottle locations.
- Scan — label photo and AI analysis.
- Vino assistant — chat about your stock.
- Food & wine pairing — meal-based suggestions.
- Side menu — journal, map, export, settings, and more.
What is the difference between the list and the “cellar” view?
They are two ways to browse the same inventory. Use one or the other depending on whether you are searching by criteria or locating bottles on the rack.
List view
- Text search across wine fields.
- Combinable filters (vintage, color, region, stock…).
- Sort options (date added, vintage, alphabetical…).
- Ideal for finding a bottle in a large cellar.
Cellar (grid) view
- Representation of bins and slots.
- See where each bottle sits physically.
- “Unplaced” area for stock without a slot.
- Ideal for shelving and moves.
Switch with the icons in the bottom bar — data stays in sync between views.
