Settings centralize account and preferences; support is for messaging the team; the bottle record holds key info and actions.
What can I change in settings?
Settings are grouped by theme for quick access.
- Language interface available in several languages.
- Theme light, dark, or follow system.
- Legal & transparency links to external pages (privacy, terms…) and service status.
- Product changelog.
- Account sign-out and account deletion request.
- Cellar entry to detailed bin grid settings.
After a successful payment, returning to the app may refresh some info (balance, etc.).
How does in-app support work?
Built-in messaging with the VinoCellar team.
- Threads view your tickets or conversations.
- Messages send text and contextual attachments.
- Wine / scan context attach useful detail for troubleshooting.
- Credits & claims elements offered when relevant.
- Status open, resolved…; refresh via pull-to-refresh when available.
What is on a bottle record?
The record combines static info, stock state, and actions.
Information
- Producer, cuvée, vintage.
- Region, color, maturity stage.
- Personal notes and fields enriched by scan or entry.
Common actions
- Quantity on hand and consumption.
- Move to another bin.
- Edit fields and advanced action menus.
