The mid-palate is supple yet taut, showcasing the elegance of Chenin Blanc without excess weight. It concludes with a long, saline finish that encourages another sip. Ideally enjoyed after an hour of aeration to allow its aromatic layers to fully expand.

This single-vineyard cuvée, Clos Michet, is sourced from vines planted on clay and limestone soils, capturing the essence of the Chenin Blanc grape through meticulous organic farming and patient winemaking. The 2021 vintage reflects the cooler, classic character of the Loire Valley, resulting in a wine of remarkable precision. Vinified in older oak barrels, this wine benefits from slow aging on fine lees, allowing it to develop complexity and depth while maintaining the signature tension that defines the terroir of the Clos Michet vineyard.
