By selecting vineyards situated at higher elevations, they aim to capture the freshness and elegance that the region's intense heat often masks, creating a wine that balances traditional heritage with modern precision. This 2024 vintage captures the quintessence of the high-altitude Douro terroir. The cool nights at these elevations allow the Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grapes to develop profound aromatic complexity while maintaining a vibrant acidity, resulting in a profile that is as energetic as the dramatic landscape from which it originates.
